RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS

To initiate a return, visit our returns center

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want to ensure that you know your dollar is valued here. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us so we can make it right!

+ We happily accept returns on unwashed/unworn items for a store credit. 

+ You have 30 days from the date of order to get your item back to us.

+ Please make sure tags are attached and item is free of pet hair, stains, deodorant etc. or the item will not be accepted back. If a return is rejected for these reasons you will be responsible of the shipping to get the item/s back to you.

Once your item is received back we will email you a gift card less the cost of return label {$12.94 Flat Rate} Gift cards do not expire!

+ If you are local to the Nanaimo area, return drop off is possible to avoid using a return label

+ our system cannot process return labels for US customers, please use carrier of your choice for returns.
+ ALL Sale items, headwear, jewelry, drinkware/accessories are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return.

EXCHANGES

+ Due to fast turnover rate our system is not set up to process exchanges. If an item you want is available in another size please order it and return your incorrect size, we will refund you for the returned size instead of issuing a store credit!

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

+ We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly!  If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us a photo of the defect within 48 hours of confirmed delivery so we can rectify the situation!

+ HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your Return at our fulfillment center. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit is sometimes not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.
