CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?: Order cancellations are not always possible as payment is processed automatically and begin packaging! For this reason please make sure your order is correct at checkout!

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?: Due to the extremely high volume of checkouts we experience on launch day, order changes are not always possible. Please email us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate! 

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT A SIZE?: Yes you can! Please visit our returns center to start an exchange!

CAN I GET A REFUND?: Please note we do not offer monetary refunds; this is because yesterday's purchase immediately go towards providing you with frequent new arrivals! We get over 100 new styles a month and can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

1. Login to your account with the green loyalty program button

2. Once logged into click the loyalty program button again, this menu will pop up then select the discount you want and click "redeem"

**NWT/YK  free shipping over $125

**Alaska + Hawaii are exempt from free shipping.

+ Orders will ship within 2-5 days of ordering, tracking will be provided via email

+ Our primary shipper is UPS unless you are rural or PO box then Canada Post

**YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCLUDING YOUR PO BOX INFORMATION

+ We reserve the right to us the most economical shipping option available, this could include lettermail if you order a single lightweight item. 

+ Transit times are approximately 2-4 Business days for Western Provinces. 3-7 Business days for Prairies/Eastern Provinces. 7-10 Business Days for Maritimes / Yukon / NWT. Shipping delays although not frequent, do sometimes happen and are out of our control, we thank-you for your patience!

+ We are not responsible for stolen or mis delivered packages due to address error. Please make sure your information is correct at checkout! Returned packages will be at the purchaser's expense.
