RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS
+ We happily accept returns on unwashed/unworn items for a store credit.
+ Please email email@example.com within 10 days of confirmed delivery to receive your return label. Once your item is received back we will email you a gift card less the cost of return label. Gift cards do not expire!
+ Please ensure items are in original state ~ free of makeup, pet hair, deodorant etc. or the returns will be declined.
*return labels are not possible for USA customers and will have to be packaged with own label
* ALL Sale items, hats, intimates, jewelry are FINAL SALE*
+ We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us a photo of the defect within 3 days of confirmed delivery so we can rectify the situation!
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?: Order cancellations are not possible as payment is processed automatically and begin packaging! For this reason please make sure your order is correct at checkout!
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?: Due to the extremely high volume of checkouts we experience on launch day, order changes are not always possible. Please email us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate!
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT A SIZE?: If the size you need is in stock we can accomodate exchanges. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order to initiate the exchange process.
CAN I GET A REFUND?: Please note we do not offer monetary refunds; this is because yesterday's purchase immediately go towards providing you with frequent new arrivals! We get over 50 new styles a month and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!
SALE ITEMS + DISCOUNT CODES
Sale items are final sale as marked. We do not offer price adjustments on previous orders. Discount codes MUST be entered at checkout and cannot retroactively be applied. They will remain active until you use it once!
We are pleased to offer free shipping to most areas in Canada + USA -- NWT/YK and maritime provinces as well as Alaska + Hawaii are exempt from free shipping.
+ Orders will ship within 2-4 day of ordering, tracking will be provided via email
+ Our primary shipper is UPS unless you are rural or PO box then Canada Post
+ Transit times are approximately 2-3 Business days for Western Provinces. 3-5 Business days for Prairies/Eastern Provinces. 6-10 Business Days for Maritimes / Yukon / NWT.
+ We are not responsible for stolen or mis delivered packages due to address error. Please make sure your information is correct at checkout! Returned packages will be at the purchaser's expense.
